Our Quality Control Manual (QCM), which is reviewed and updated annually, outlines the procedures that ensure the quality of our work and the standards that our clients and accrediting entities require. The QCM is the fundamental document of our company. It is the document that guides our employees' activities. Adherence to it is not only company policy – it is part of our mission.

Penniman & Browne has a strict confidentiality program. It is our policy that each piece of data – from its point of origin to its storage – be handled with exacting confidentiality. To assure this confidentiality, Penniman & Browne:
- stores all data in a manner that keeps information confidential and that will not compromise the integrity of the data;
- provides data only to our clients, unless they provide authorization to release such information.
